Background Breast cancer is the most diagnosed cancer among women worldwide and a leading cause of cancer-related deaths. While advances in treatment have improved survival rates, many patients continue to experience long-term physical and psychological side effects such as fatigue, decreased strength, depression, anxiety, and reduced quality of life. These lingering challenges emphasize the need for supportive strategies that address both the physical and emotional well-being of survivors. Exercise has emerged as a key component in cancer rehabilitation, with growing evidence supporting its role in improving functional outcomes and mental health. Purpose This mini review aims to explore the clinical benefits of circuit weight training (CWT) as a rehabilitative strategy for breast cancer patients. CWT involves performing a series of resistance exercises with minimal rest between sets, offering a combination of strength training and cardiovascular conditioning. We summarize the current literature on CWT’s effects on physical function, psychological health, and overall quality of life in individuals undergoing or recovering from breast cancer treatment. Conclusion Circuit weight training has shown promising results in improving muscular strength, endurance, and cardiovascular fitness in breast cancer survivors. Additionally, CWT contributes to reduced fatigue, improved mood, better sleep quality, and enhanced psychological resilience. The structured yet flexible format of CWT makes it a practical and accessible intervention for this population. Incorporating circuit weight training into breast cancer care plans may support holistic recovery and long-term survivorship, improving both physical outcomes and emotional well-being.
